Creative Freelance Web Designer

trafik digital design is seeking a creative freelance web designer with a strong foundation in interactive and a passion for outstanding design. We are looking for someone who’s in it for the long term, someone who wants to be a valuable part of a creative team, as we always have projects on the go!

Responsibilities:
-creating new and creative design comps
-executing design and site builds to a high creative, SEO, technical and usability standards
-be a valued member of our marketing team, using your tools and skills to turn static design documents into modern, dynamic and engaging interactive experiences.
-having an opinion and being willing to share recommendations

Requirements:
-expertise in Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator, and a working knowledge of Flash, actionscript and InDesign or Quark
-experience with CMS systems and ecommerce
-solid experience in creating and identifying site goals and objectives and developing strategies to meet them
-expertise in XHTML and CSS coding to modern W3C Web Standards
-bring fresh ideas to brainstorms for bothinternal and external clients
-keep current with changing specs and technologies within the Web and content portals and social networks
-experience with PHP, .net, and other programming languages
-know all about search engine marketing, including natural search, and PPC
